Giving thanks always

Giving thanks always

Ephesians 5:20

Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I would like to share the many blessings I am thankful for.

I am THANKFUL for a Wonderful God who has blessed me with double the annual sales by August of 2015 and has guided me and delivered me from my enemies this year.

I am THANKFUL for my family and friends that tolerate by Redneck attitude when it surfaces and know that is not my true heart and are forgiving.

I am THANKFUL for being lead to a new church family that has welcomed me and embraced me in the fellowship of Castle Hills 1st Baptist Church.

I am THANKFUL for the Lord answering my prayer for my son to find a challenging job that he loves and an employer that can benefit from his knowledge.    I feel this prayer was answered with Whip Cream and Cherry on Top.  (My son, Matthew Kegley, even gave me my credit card back and is paying his own expenses!!!!!)

I am THANKFUL for my Mother who continues to pray for me and with me on a regular basis.

I am THANKFUL for my employees and associated business who help me meet our client needs through teamwork, innovation and commitment to excellence at every level.

I am THANKFUL for my doctor who is helping me with my health issues.

I am THANKFUL for Tying 1st place with two other golfers in our Year End Golf Tournament.  All year I only placed 3rd place one time.  I was the only woman to play in the 40 man tournament!

I am THANKFUL for continuing to be part of the Dominion Women’s Forum.   The friendships that continue to develop have been very rewarding.

I am THANKFUL for the group of ladies that come to our monthly prayer meeting the 1st Tuesday at my home to worship and praise God on a monthly basis.  This has been inspiring to see how God works in our lives on a daily basis and answers our prayers.

I am THANKFUL for the Board of Directors of Construction Zone and the direction this organization is taking.  It has been an interesting journey developing the Construction Zone Referral Association.

I am THANKFUL to continue to serve on the University of Incarnate Development to help raise funds for scholarships.   It has been a pleasure to serve on such a diversified and dynamic board.

I am THANKFUL for all the new Christian Friends the Lord has brought across my path and the friendships that continue to develop.

I am THANKFUL for my Women In Construction friends and the national association of NAWIC that continue to be a great resource for my business and personal development.

I am THANKFUL for our elected officials whose hearts and service are in the right place to serve:  Judge Renee McElhaney Yanta, Judge Stephanie Walsh, Judge Celest Brown, Judge Sandi Byran Marion.

I am THANKFUL for my banker, Beverly Fortner, Texas Champion Bank, who goes beyond the norm to help me finance my personal and financial needs.

I am THANKFUL for my insurance, Roland Luna, with Nationwide, who helps me in with all my insurance needs.

I am THANKFUL for my ULTRA Club Girlfriends who continue to be a great support system and fun group of girlfriends to hang with.

I am THANKFUL to have as a personal friend, Sister Kathleen Coughlin.  I feel that the Lord placed her in my life to help keep me in line.    He knows how out of control I can get and gave me the best help.

And last but not least, I am THANKFUL that you have taken the time to read this to the very end.

May your eyes be open to the many things you may be thankful for in your life.
